Michelle is the founder and facilitator of BeYOUtiful Life and her passion and purpose live inside the possibility of every human actualizing their fullest potential in this precious lifetime. Her work is rooted in 3 foundational principles: (1) Transformation is possible, (2) WE are energy and therefore connected to everything, and (3) the ability to be authentic is directly paired to one's physiology.
On a search in quenching the thirst of her own Soul, a discussion with a close friend led Michelle to finding what is now the vehicle that she realized she had been co-creating during her career in healthcare as a Radiation Therapist. The last 11 of those years were alongside a world renown neurological team using a highly technically advanced therapy called the Cyberknife where they were to pioneer a functional brain treatment for disorders such as depression, anxiety, bipolar and schizophrenia to name a few. Her ability to use technology in helping to heal the most intimate parts of the human body has given Michelle a unique ability to listen, intuit and hold the space needed for someone transforming from fear and survival into self-love and fearless authenticity.
She is a Master facilitator of Higher Brain Living and a member of the New Human University. She's transformed from helping to fix the brain, to using all of the brain as a tool for conscious creation of one's life. And....there's much more! She does assert that in order to truly thrive one must direct their latent energy into the higher centers of the brain. It's from here that we experience our birthright states and evolutionary power to be all we can be.

Her journey from a blossoming professional life in corporate America to the owner of Green Lotus' third license has brought her back to her passion for wellness, for service to others, and for business. To the Green Lotus' mission and coalition of strong women leaders that informs it, Tania shares her more than 25 years of business and management experience. She is driven to give back to the local South Metro community, helping others discover the ability to focus and find calmness in a season of change, and inspires all to: Listen to your intuition, pause, and new paths will emerge to guide.
Tania is a devoted volunteer; keeps work/life balance in view with her interest in motorcycling, snowboarding, art and architecture and more, and has worked on diversity and inclusion efforts as a multi-cultural and bilingual strategist. Laura completed her 200-hour teacher training at Green Lotus Yoga and Healing Center in Minnesota and now teaches Hatha and Gentle classes at the Green Lotuses in Lakeville, Apple Valley, and Eden Prairie. She started her personal yoga journey more than a decade ago shortly before she was diagnosed with a chronic illness. Her personal asana and meditation practices have helped her maintain physical and mental health. When teaching students, Laura is passionate about each person’s journey toward her or his most-aware self. Though always practicing yoga, she also enjoys hiking, reading, and writing. And writing. Once she completes her 300-hour training, she plans to add kids yoga and yin yoga to her schedule. Her mantra through thick and thin remains: All is well and all will be well.
