Using evidence-based best practices informed by CRAFT, Invitation to Change, Motivational Interviewing and Genograms, she works with individuals and their and families to help them better understand how to navigate and heal from the disease of addiction. Prior to her work now, she spent 25 years working in the field of marketing for multiple startup companies in Minnesota and Silicon Valley. She lives in Lakeville, MN with her husband and son, enjoying the many lakes and trails in the area as a way to revive, recharge and focus on her own recovery and healing.
