1 SET 2022 · ACE started her yoga practice about 4 years ago with heated yoga. The experience was remarkable and left Ace with a mission to be a yoga teacher. 25 AGO 2022 · Booked and busy! ACE says she was born with a TODO list, many of us feel this way. However, Alicia reflects about being booked and busy after her mother passed away. She found herself saying yes to projects and things that have really been a no. She teaches us how to authentically say yes to ourselves. It's about saying yes to yourself even if that means saying no to someone else. ACE asks us to reflect on how many times we say "NO" to ourselves. There is power in saying, "yes" and "no" to yourself. She challenges us to think of how many times we have counted ourselves out. Time to chose you!

In this episode, ACE walks us through affirmations we can tell ourselves when we're going through tough times. We move out of survival mode and move in to a nourishing language.

However, forgiveness is a gift more for ourselves than for the person we're forgiving. Dr. Fred Luskin from Stanford University teaches us about forgiveness. In this episode ACE walks us through not only Dr. Luskin's list but also some personal experiences. There is also a mediation to help us forgive the person who has hurt us.
