In this episode, ACE walks us through affirmations that we can use during tough times. After ACE did a yoga teacher training she learned that she was not using her throat chakra. In this episode, ACE walks us through affirmations we can tell ourselves when we're going through tough times. We move out of survival mode and move in to a nourishing language.
