She found herself saying yes to projects and things that have really been a no. She teaches us how to authentically say yes to ourselves. It's about saying yes to yourself even if that means saying no to someone else. ACE asks us to reflect on how many times we say "NO" to ourselves. There is power in saying, "yes" and "no" to yourself. She challenges us to think of how many times we have counted ourselves out. Time to chose you!
