Ca: Llúcia estava gaudint d'un bonic dissabte a la tarda a La Rambla, Barcelona.
En: Llúcia was enjoying a beautiful Saturday afternoon on La Rambla, Barcelona.

Ca: Els carrers eren plens de gent fent compres, passejant i mirant els artistes de carrer.
En: The streets were full of people shopping, strolling, and watching street artists.

Ca: Llúcia somreia mentre observava un pintor acabant un retrat.
En: Llúcia smiled as she watched a painter finishing a portrait.

Ca: De sobte, va sentir un dolor intens al turmell.
En: Suddenly, she felt an intense pain in her ankle.

Ca: Va fer una mala passa i va caure al terra.
En: She made a misstep and fell to the ground.

Ca: Un senyor gran, amb un barret de palla, la va veure caure i va córrer per ajudar-la.

Ca: Una noia jove amb una motxilla va veure el que passava i va córrer cap a Llúcia.

Ca: "Sóc infermera," va dir la noia, "et puc ajudar.
En: "I'm a nurse," said the girl, "I can help you."

Ca: " La infermera es va agenollar al costat de Llúcia i va examinar el seu turmell.
En: The nurse knelt beside Llúcia and examined her ankle.

Ca: "Hauríem de portar-te a l'hospital," va dir la infermera.
En: "We should take you to the hospital," said the nurse.

Ca: Llúcia va assentir amb el cap, agraïda per l'ajuda.
En: Llúcia nodded her head, grateful for the help.

Ca: La noia va trucar una ambulància amb el seu telèfon mòbil.
En: The girl called an ambulance on her mobile phone.

Ca: Poc després, l'ambulància va arribar, i els paramèdics van pujar Llúcia i la van portar a l'Hospital Clínic de Barcelona.
En: Shortly after, the ambulance arrived, and the paramedics lifted Llúcia and took her to the Hospital Clínic in Barcelona.

Ca: Llúcia estava nerviosa, però tranquil·la al mateix temps, perquè sabia que estava en bones mans.

Ca: A l'hospital, el doctor li va fer unes radiografies i va confirmar que Llúcia havia patit un esquinç al turmell.
