This Yoga Nidra is a deep restorative practice for calming the nervous system, releasing burnout, and reassessing what truly brings you life and joy again.
Inspired by the archetype of Capricorn and the energy of The Ruler, this session explores inner sovereignty, earned wisdom, and self-responsibility through rest rather than effort.
🌙 This practice supports you in:
• Calming and regulating the nervous system
• Releasing what no longer belongs to you
• Letting go of survival-based control
• Returning to presence beneath roles and expectations
• Remembering who you are underneath it all
We hold this moving remembrance from Pema Chödrön:
“Nothing ever goes away until it teaches us what we need to know.”
🌙 WHEN TO PRACTICE
Return to this Yoga Nidra anytime you feel overwhelmed, exhausted, disconnected, or ready to soften control and restore balance. This practice is especially supportive for deep rest, sleep support, burnout recovery, and life transitions.
