20 MAG 2024 · In this episode, Tommy discusses the futility of worrying and the importance of taking action. He emphasises the negative impact of worry on the physical body and encourages to focus on the present moment. He challenges listeners to identify three things they have been worrying about and make them a priority. Tommy also talks about the magic that happens when we step into what we love and take action.
"Worry is simply us not being okay with what's in the present moment or being so attached to the present moment that we don't want to let it go."
"Motivation is really a surfacey type thing. If you don't have discipline to do what you want to do, then it's so easy to sit back and just worry about stuff."Chapters

31 MAR 2024 · Andrew has worked and supported people that are nearing the end of their physical existence on earth. He is a bereavement and Palliative care specialist as well as an artist, and an incredible counsellor and coach assisting people to live life with meaning, truth and purpose.
I was hoping to find out how people are, when they're facing their final days. Is there something magical that arises within them? The answer is yes. They land in this safe and calm existence that allows them to share knowledge and wisdom that doesn't seem available to us when we're just living our every day lives. In truth, most of us live like we'll be here forever.
I received many gifts from this chat with andrew and honoured that he was able to share wisdom the way that he did.
What are your thoughts on this?

7 MAR 2024 · After a little hiatus, i went into a nook of self-reflection and self study. I spent quite a bit of time connecting deeper into the worlds of the quantum.
There's so much scientific evidence to show that there's this whole other world out there that can be tapped into (other than the material world), so I consciously chose to practice connecting into that space.
This episode, I share my key takeaways.
Feel free to share this with whoever needs it.
