The Strong by Lee podcast is hosted by David Lee, personal trainer and Registered Dietitian based in White Plains, NY. In this podcast, he will discuss things related to fitness, nutrition, mindset, and accountability to help you look, move, and feel better.
His goal is to help people who struggled like he did: low self-confidence and a poor self-image. As a result, his physical, mental, and emotional health suffered.
Since 'discovering' fitness and working on himself since 2009, he has been able to see and experience the beneficial effects of a sound and effective fitness program. Thus, he became certified as a personal trainer in 2011 and as a licensed dietitian from New York University in 2015. Since 2011, he has helped hundreds of people improve their lives for the better so they can live more confidently and strong.
