Who is Zulma Williams?
Zulma is the founder of Dragonfly Therapy Services and a licensed clinical social worker, widely known as "The Swearing Therapist." Specializing in trauma, anxiety, and depression, she empowers clients to tackle life’s challenges and embrace their true potential. Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Zulma immigrated to the U.S. at 31. At 42, she began her journey in social work, and just weeks after graduating at 46, she faced a breast cancer diagnosis. After a lumpectomy and a transformative three-year stay in Argentina, she returned to the U.S. in 2015. By 50, she was pursuing her Master of Social Work, becoming fully licensed in 2018. Her motto? "I had cancer, cancer did not have ME!" In 2025, she celebrated her 60th birthday in Hawaii, which reignited her love for the ocean. Who is Robin Simpson?
Robin Renee Simpson holds an Associate degree in Human Services from New York City College of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree from Metropolitan College. She earned her Master’s degree in Childhood and Special Education (Birth–Grade 2) from St. John’s University in 2022. She is currently a doctoral candidate in Curriculum and Instruction, pursuing a PhD in Education with a focus in Philosophy of Education. She is an adjunct professor and the creator of the GUIDE Framework (Simpson, 2024), a structured approach to using generative AI to support student learning. In addition to her academic work, she is a Residential Family Group Daycare owner and a Master Life Coach. Her work focuses on social justice in education and supporting twice-exceptional learners, with an emphasis on helping students understand how they think and learn.
