4 AGO 2021 · Hello, this final episode will be about the connection between learning and depression. Depression indeed makes it harder for us to learn, however, we are as capable of learning as non-depressed people are.
Quick sneak-peek: Learning improves our mental and body health. While depressed we get easily distracted so it’s important to accept that obstacle and face it, even if it means struggling to be one minute more concentrated on a task than we are capable of. Leaning changes our brain anatomical structure and helps prevent neurological diseases, such as Alzheimer’s Disease. Finally, there’s no such thing as unuseful knowledge, feel free to learn about anything you wish to.
This is going to be the last episode of a total of 6 episodes. You can find the previous episodes on Spotify/ iHeartRadio/ Spreaker/ Google Podcasts/ Deezer/ Youtube and on Instagram (@goeasybrain)
Yes, it was going to be a total of 8 episodes, but I’m back to studying and working. So, I will not have time for the next episodes. But I had fun and I really enjoyed doing it plus I learned a lot with these 6 episodes. Soon, I will release a book with all of this podcast content in more depth and add some new information.
Thank you for your time. Wishing you all a great half-end of year.
