Then, a new study from Mass General tested 700,000 people for COVID-19 antibodies and the results were that 1 in 10 tested positive, meaning if this represents the Boston population, about 90% have not been in contact with COVID-19. Also, Governor Baker's "secret plan". What will he announce Monday the 18th? He's been very tight lipped about it so we wonder what will happen on Monday.
