Story Transcript:

Ja: ある普通で特別な一日、東京の喧噪が体の重さと引き換えに静けさを奏でていた。新宿駅のホームで、ユキは親友のヒロシを待っていた。新しいアイスクリームが売られている屋台から香ばしい香りが広がっていた。
En: On a normal yet special day, the hustle and bustle of Tokyo was exchanged for tranquility in the weight of the body. At the platform of Shinjuku Station, Yuki was waiting for her best friend Hiroshi. The fragrant scent of the newly sold ice cream spread from the stall.

Ja: ヒロシは遅めのお昼ごはんを片手に歩いてきた。「ハロー、ユキ。」彼は幽霊が見えるような顔でユキに手を振る。「お待たせ、アイス買って来たよ。」
En: Hiroshi walked towards Yuki with a late lunch in one hand. "Hello, Yuki," he waved to her with a face as if he could see ghosts. "Sorry for the wait, I bought ice cream."

Ja: ユキはアイスクリームコーンを受け取り、小さな笑みをこぼした。「ありがとうヒロシ、ちょうど温まったんだ。」 ユキの目尻は揺らぎ、一つの悪戯心が彼女の中で芽吹いた。
En: Yuki accepted the ice cream cone and let out a small smile. "Thank you, Hiroshi. I just warmed up." Yuki's eyes shimmered, and a mischievous thought sprouted within her.

Ja: 無邪気なイタズラがすぐに実行に移された。ユキはわさびのチューブを探し出し、巧みにアイスクリームの下に混ぜる途端、一瞬でその場に緊張が忍び込んだ。
En: The innocent prank was immediately put into action. Yuki found the tube of wasabi and skillfully mixed it under the ice cream. Tension crept into the moment in an instant.
