Story Transcript:

Sl: Nekoč, na sončen poletni dan, so trije prijatelji, Luka, Maja in Ana, odšli na izlet ob Blejsko jezero.
En: Once, on a sunny summer day, three friends, Luka, Maja, and Ana, went on a trip around Lake Bled.

Sl: Blejsko jezero je bilo znano po svoji kristalno čisti vodi in mirni površini, na sredi katere stoji majhen otok s staro cerkvico.
En: Lake Bled was known for its crystal clear water and calm surface, with a small island and an old church standing in the middle.

Sl: Luka, ki je bil vedno poln energije in smeha, je tekel po robu jezera s kepico sladoleda v roki.
En: Luka, who was always full of energy and laughter, ran along the lake's edge with a scoop of ice cream in his hand.

Sl: Bil je čokoladnega okusa, njegov najljubši.

En: But just as Luka said that, he slipped on the smooth stones along the shore.

En: The ice cream scoop flew out of his hand and landed in the lake with a small splash.

Sl: Maja in Ana sta zavpili od presenečenja in se prijeli za usta.
En: Maja and Ana gasped in surprise and covered their mouths.

Sl: Luka pa je obstal in gledal v vodo, presenečen in žalosten.
En: Luka stood still, looking into the water, surprised and sad.

Sl: V trenutku je kraj dogodka zmotila trzajoča bela senca.
En: Suddenly, a jerking white shadow disturbed the scene.

Sl: Bil je velik labod, ki je hitro zaplaval do kepice sladoleda in ga zgrabil v svoj kljun.
En: It was a large swan, swiftly swimming to the ice cream scoop and grabbing it in its beak.

Sl: "Hej, to je bil moj sladoled!
En: "Hey, that was my ice cream!"

Sl: " je zavpil Luka in začel teči ob obali, poskušal je dohiteti laboda.
En: yelled Luka, and started running alongside the shore, trying to catch up with the swan.

En: Maja and Ana chuckled at the sight of Luka hopelessly chasing the swan, which fearlessly swam with its sweet plunder.

En: The swan seemed to be enjoying this new game.

Sl: Maja in Ana sta se smejali in mu podali nov kornet sladoleda, ki sta ga kupili, medtem ko je Luka tekel.
En: Maja and Ana laughed and handed him a new ice cream cone they had bought while Luka was running.

Sl: "Nič hudega, Luka.
En: "No worries, Luka.

Sl: Imamo nov sladoled zate," je rekla Maja z nasmehom.
En: We have a new ice cream for you," said Maja with a smile.

Sl: Luka se ni mogel upreti smehu.
En: Luka couldn't resist laughing.

Sl: "Najboljša prijatelja na svetu sta," je rekel.
En: "You are the best friends in the world," he said.

Sl: In tako so trije prijatelji sedeli na travi ob Blejskem jezeru, lizali sladoled in uživali v popolnem dnevu, ko je Luka obljubil, da bo naslednjič bolj pazljiv s svojo dragoceno poslastico.
En: And so the three friends sat on the grass by Lake Bled, licking their ice creams and enjoying a perfect day, while Luka promised to be more careful with his precious treat next time.

Sl: Vsi so se strinjali, da je bila ta avantura eno najbolj smešnih doživetij, polno smeha in prijateljstva, in ta dan so še dolgo zapomnili.
En: They all agreed that this adventure was one of the most funny experiences, full of laughter and friendship, and they would remember this day for a long time.
