Story Transcript:

Hu: Budapesten már mindenfa kivirult, a város sugárzott a tavaszi meleget.
En: In Budapest, all the trees were in full bloom, and the city was radiating with spring warmth.

Hu: Május volt, turisták jöttek-mentek, de Ádám, Eszter és Zsófia most jött ki a nagy város forgatagából, hogy élvezzék a szokatlanul meleg napsütést.
En: It was May, and tourists were coming and going, but Ádám, Eszter, and Zsófia had just come out of the hustle and bustle of the big city to enjoy the unusually warm sunshine.

Hu: Hirtelen, egy szélvihar robbant ki a Margit hídon.
En: Suddenly, a windstorm broke out on the Margit Bridge.

Hu: Meglepő dolog történt: hópihék kezdtek hullani.
En: Something surprising happened: snowflakes began to fall.

Hu: Ádám a kezét tartotta a feje fölé.
En: Ádám held his hand above his head.

Hu: "Vigyázz, nehogy megszédülj!
En: "Be careful not to get dizzy!"

Hu: " - mondta Zsófianak, aki széles mosollyal a hóba tekintett.
En: he said to Zsófia, who was looking at the snow with a wide smile.

Hu: Eszter száját nyitva hagyta.
En: Eszter left her mouth open.

Hu: "Nem hiszem el!
En: "I can't believe it!"

Hu: " - sopánkodott, mert a ruhája teljesen vizes lett.
En: she complained, because her clothes were completely soaked.

Hu: Az emberek gyorsan húzódni kezdtek az épületek árnyékába, ahonnan biztonságban nézhették a meglepő jelenetet.
En: People quickly started to retreat to the shelter of the buildings, from where they could safely watch the surprising scene.

Hu: Ádám és Eszter nézték a lehulló hópihéket, Zsófia pedig körbe tekintett, majd a kezével jelezte, hogy menjenek be a közeli kávézóba.
En: Ádám and Eszter watched the falling snowflakes, while Zsófia looked around and then signaled with her hand for them to go into the nearby café.
