Ja: 東京、都会の豪華なビル群に囲まれた静かな一角。「赤壁寿司」という看板が揺れている。そこはサトシ、ヒロシ、そしてサクラの出会う舞台だ。
En: In a quiet corner surrounded by the luxurious buildings of Tokyo, a sign with the words "Akakabe Sushi" sways in the wind. This is where Satoshi, Hiroshi, and Sakura meet.

Ja: サトシは東京の生粋の住民で、寿司職人。彼の寿司には特別なことがあった。それは単純な食事以上のもの、一種の体験だった。一方、ヒロシは海外からの旅行者で、身振り手振りを使ってコミュニケートするしかなかった。最後に、サクラは新米の翻訳家だった。皮肉にも、その日、サクラが訪れる寿司屋はサトシが働く「赤壁寿司」だった。
En: Satoshi is a true Tokyoite and a sushi chef. There was something special about his sushi. It was more than just a simple meal; it was an experience. On the other hand, Hiroshi was a traveler from overseas who had to rely on gestures to communicate. Lastly, Sakura was a rookie translator. Ironically, on that day, Sakura happened to visit the sushi restaurant where Satoshi worked, "Akakabe Sushi".

Ja: 初めてのサトシとヒロシの対面は不思議なものだった。サトシは自分のしたことの理論と哲学をヒロシに伝えたがたたが翻訳が難しく、またヒロシはうまく理解できなかった。その時、サクラが店に入ってきて事態は変わった。サクラは二人の苦労を見かねて、自ら通訳として助けると申し出た。
En: The first meeting between Satoshi and Hiroshi was quite peculiar. Satoshi tried to convey his theories and philosophy behind his actions, but translation proved to be difficult, and Hiroshi couldn't fully understand. At that moment, Sakura entered the shop, and everything changed. Seeing the two struggling, Sakura offered to help as their interpreter.

Ja: 何時間にも及ぶ対話の末、ヒロシはようやく寿司の本質を理解することができ、サトシも自分の技術をより深く反省することができた。しかし、サクラ自身も何かを得た。それは新しい視点、新しい文化への窓だった。
