Sri Amriteshwar is an ancient temple situated in a scenic area of Ahmednagar district. Located near the popular tourist spot of Bhandardara, this temple is believed to be associated with the nectar released by the churning of the sea "Samudra Manthan". This temple with exquisite carvings was built during the Shilahar rule. Located at the base of the Ratangad fort, this temple is a favorite spot for trekkers.
