Story Transcript:

Lt: Visi kaimo žmonės žinojo, kad netoli ežero, prie kalvelės yra senovinė medinė pirtis.
En: The people of the village knew that near the lake, by the little hill, there was an ancient wooden sauna.

Lt: Ji šiltai kvepėjo ąžuolu ir eglėmis.
En: It was warm and smelled of oak and pine.

Lt: Vieną vakarą, kai Saulė nusileido už horizonto ir visus padengė auksinis vakaro šviesa, Petras kartu su geriausiais draugais Giedrė ir Jonas nusprendė pasilepinti pirties teikiamais malonumais.
En: One evening, when the sun set behind the horizon and covered everyone in golden evening light, Petras, together with his best friends Giedrė and Jonas, decided to indulge in the pleasures offered by the sauna.

Lt: Pirtis buvo jauki ir šilta, o iškylą juos trys planavo jau kurį laiką.
En: The sauna was cozy and warm, and the three of them had been planning the outing for some time.

Lt: Bet tuo metu, kai jie ruošėsi malkas, iš pirties pasigirdo kažkoks keistas garsas.
En: But at the moment when they were preparing firewood, they heard a strange noise from the sauna.

Lt: Tai buvo vikruolis katinas, kuris, pasinaudojęs proga, pro praviras pirties duris įsibrovė vidun ir prireis daug darbo jį iš ten išvaryti.
En: It was a mischievous cat, who took the opportunity to sneak inside through the open sauna doors and it was going to take a lot of work to get him out.

Lt: Petras, pamačius katiną, išsigando: „Oi, žiūrėkite!
En: Upon seeing the cat, Petras got scared: "Oh, look!

Lt: Kaip mes jį iš čia išvesime, nepertraukdami mūsų pirties vakaro?
En: How are we going to get him out of here without interrupting our sauna evening?"

Lt: “Giedrė atsakė juokais: „Petrai, tu visada turi planą.
En: Giedrė replied jokingly: "Petras, you always have a plan.

Lt: Tik nepamiršk, kad katinas yra greitas ir vikrus.
En: Just don't forget that the cat is quick and mischievous.

Lt: O čia – jo žaidimo aikštelė.
En: And here — this is his playground."

Lt: “Jonas papildė: „Leiskime man.
En: Jonas added: "Let me handle this.

Lt: Aš gerai moku kalbėti katinų kalba.
En: I speak the language of cats well."

Lt: “ Visi trys juokėsi ir pradėjo katiną vytis po pirtį.
En: All three laughed and began to chase the cat around the sauna.

Lt: Katinas šokinėjo per suolus, bėgiojo po antresolės lentynas ir net pagalvojo paslėptis už didžiulės krosnies.
En: The cat jumped over the benches, ran under the platform, and even thought of hiding behind the huge stove.

Lt: Petras, netekęs kantrybės, sakė: „Tai jau nebejuokai, reikia sugalvoti kažką veiksmingiau.
En: Petras, losing patience, said: "This is no longer funny, we need to come up with something more effective."

Lt: “ Jis pasiūlė naudoti katino mėgstamą žaislą – spalvingą kamuoliuką, kuris prašvilpė visu pirties ilgiu.
En: He suggested using the cat's favorite toy — a colorful ball that whizzed across the entire length of the sauna.

Lt: Katinas, pamiršęs, kad yra medžiojamas, puolė paskui kamuoliuką tiesiai į atviras pirties duris.
En: The cat, forgetting that he was being chased, pounced after the ball straight through the open sauna doors.

Lt: Galų gale, viskas baigėsi gerai – katinas dingo į vakaro tamsą, o Petras, Giedrė ir Jonas galėjo ramiai mėgautis pirties teikiamais malonumais.
En: In the end, everything turned out well — the cat disappeared into the darkness of the evening, and Petras, Giedrė, and Jonas could peacefully enjoy the pleasures of the sauna.

Lt: Jie šyptelėjo vienas kitam ir suprato, kad kartais reikia ne tik kantrybės, bet ir šiek tiek išradingumo.
En: They smiled at each other and realized that sometimes, you need not only patience but also a little ingenuity.

Lt: Tas vakaras tapo vienu iš jų įsimintiniausių nuotykių, o pirties šilumą ir draugystės jaukumą prisiminė dar ilgai.
En: That evening became one of their most memorable adventures, and they remembered the warmth of the sauna and the coziness of their friendship for a long time.
