On today's episode of Stoned Appetit (presented by Shoppe Callie's, the newest cannabis dispensary in Denver's RiNo neighborhood) has Chef Michael Diaz de Leon join the podcast to talk about the ever-popular "pinchi grill & his journey to joining the I.E. Hospitality team. We talk with Chef about growing up, both in Colorado & in Texas and then dive into his culinary journeys... Imagine relocating to Denver amidst a pandemic & just betting on yourself.. thats what Michael did and now its paying off in spades.

In addition to the casual talk of all things tacos, we also dive into the mezcal/tequila convo & debate tastings.. don't mind Kip if he got a lil buzzed towards the end!! Between the wine & weed we had a big time... and before the end of the episode we dive into the highly contested conversation of Sams Club or Costco?!?!
