Ryan Walters, superintendent over Oklahoma schools, just announced that he’s putting a bible in every classroom and teachers will be required to teach from it. Of course it’s going to be shot down, but he had a hilarious and fascinating conversation with Alan Dershowitz. You know, Jeffrey Epstein’s lawyer. Turns out Alan Dershowitz DISAGREED with Ryan walters. Knock me over with a feather. Let’s talk about it.

Christian Nationalist Joel Webbon went on Stew Peters’ podcast and they couldn’t help but to repeat propaganda. That’s a sentence I never thought I’d say. When it’s convenient, these people are the biggest christians on planet earth. When it’s inconvenient, like following Jesus’ command to love your neighbor as yourself, it all goes right out the window.

Janet Porter is a christian nationalist. She’s probably most famous for writing the bounty law in Texas. Remember that? Texas passed a bill that said people could sue others for receiving certain medical treatment. If the jury decides they really did receive medical treatment, they win $10,000. She has a new idea for a lawsuit. She basically copy and pasted that bill but this time, she targeted teachers, librarians, or school administration. If anybody even mentions anything that could be interpreted as related to being gay at all, they can be sued.

The supreme court just erased regulatory power of the federal government with one judgment. The case is Chevron U.S.A., Inc. v. Natural Resources Defense Council. We’re going to talk to a law student about the implications of the case. In a nutshell, the loss means the supreme court took power from the executive branch and gave it to themselves. It’s absolutely crazy. I’m surprised it hasn’t received more attention.
