In today's episode, I’m talking you through an exercise that I love to do at this time of year with my clients and for my business where we can take some time out and reflect on the last 12 months.It's the run-up to Christmas and the end of the year, so these past few weeks have been crazy busy with so many plates spinning and lots going on, whether that's in business or at home.I want to encourage you to pause, take some time out to breathe and to reflect and finish the year in a way that feels good, that allows you to enjoy the festivities, recharge your batteries and be in the best place to move into the new year.
