It's so easy to feel stressed or overwhelmed during this time, as you're probably worried that indulging in all the yummy foods and missing a few workouts will set you back in your journey and cause weight gain.This often leads to unhealthy patterns where we end up punishing ourselves with our food and training. We've made these mistakes way too many times, and we definitely don't want you to make them. We want you to have a more balanced lifestyle so you can still enjoy times like this while making progress with your fitness.
