National Archives UFO project from 2008 to 2013. Since 1998, Dr. Clarke has used the UK’s Freedom of Information Act to gain access to closed UFO files held by the Ministry of Defence — with an emphasis on the question: What happened in Rendlesham Forest on December 26-28, 1980, when PHENOMENON co-host John Burroughs was twice engulfed in light.
