We finish off with Rick Canning's Bromont 100 experience and what finally had him decide to call his race for that day. Rick goes over the questions he asks himself to make sure it's not a decision he will regret later. We also hear that Rick's stomach is his weak point and what he plans to do to help fix the issue. This is very interesting because we know so many people that have these types of issues while running. Plus we talk about rick's dizziness and what he plans to try to work on this issue. We also find out that part of the reason Rick does 100-mile runs is to feel alive and the 50-mile race only gives him a small taste of this. Then we get into his training plan for next year's Bromont race, As a very passionate runner of these trail runs there is no way Rick could say no.
