Story Transcript:

Lt: Vilniaus senamiestyje, tarp gražių senų pastatų, buvo išsidėstęs jaukus mažas restoranas "Lietuviškas Kiemas".
En: In the old town of Vilnius, nestled among beautiful old buildings, there was a cozy little restaurant called "Lithuanian Courtyard."

Lt: Gediminas, Rūta ir Mindaugas susitiko čia papietauti. Jie pasirinko stalą lauke, kur galėjo mėgautis saule ir geru oru.
En: Gediminas, Rūta, and Mindaugas met here for lunch. They chose a table outside, where they could enjoy the sun and good weather.

Lt: Gediminas atsisėdo ir iš karto atidarė meniu. Jis norėjo paragauti kažko tikrai lietuviško. "Šiandien ragausime šaltibarščius!" – nusprendė jis.
En: Gediminas sat down and immediately opened the menu. He wanted to try something truly Lithuanian. "Today we'll taste cold beet soup!" he decided.

Lt: Rūta ir Mindaugas sutiko, nes abu mėgsta šaltibarščius. Padavėja atnešė užsisakytus patiekalus, ir visi trys draugai ėmė skaniai valgyti.
En: Rūta and Mindaugas agreed, as they both enjoy cold beet soup. The waitress brought their ordered dishes, and all three friends started to eat deliciously.

Lt: Tačiau netikėtai, Gediminas, bandydamas suvalgyti per daug didelį barščių kiekį vienu kartu, neapsižiūrėjęs apvertė šaukštą. Rausvas sriubos purslas nukrito tiesiai ant Gedimino marškinėlių.
En: However, unexpectedly, Gediminas, trying to eat too much cold soup at once, accidentally knocked over his spoon. The red splatter of soup landed right on Gediminas's shirt.

Lt: Rūta ir Mindaugas negalėjo sulaikyti juoko. Jie kvatojo taip garsiai, kad net gatvėje einantys žmonės pasisuko pažiūrėti. Gediminas jautėsi įskaudintas ir sumišęs.
En: Rūta and Mindaugas couldn't hold back their laughter. They chuckled so loudly that even people walking down the street turned to look. Gediminas felt embarrassed and flustered.

Lt: Jis mėgino nuvalyti dėmę, bet nieko neišeidavo.
En: He tried to clean the stain, but nothing worked.

Lt: Stebuklingai, šalia sėdinti senutė pastebėjo visą šį įvykį ir kreipėsi į Gediminą: "Ne bėda, jaunuoli, aš čia turiu štai kažką tau." Ji iš rankinės ištraukė mažą buteliuką su dėmių valikliu. "Tai – stebuklingas dėmių naikinimo skystis, padovanosiu tau," – tarė ji šypsodamasi.
En: Miraculously, an elderly lady sitting nearby noticed the whole incident and turned to Gediminas: "No worries, young man, I have something for you." She took out a small bottle of stain remover from her purse. "This is a magical stain remover, I'll give it to you," she said with a smile.

Lt: Gediminas padėkojo, panaudojo valiklį ir ... štai stebuklas! Dėmė išnyko.
En: Gediminas thanked her, used the stain remover, and... magic! The stain disappeared.

Lt: Trise jie dar kartą pradėjo juoktis, šįkart Gediminas juokėsi kartu su draugais. Diena, kuri prasidėjo netikėtu incidentu, virto smagia ir šilta akimirka, kuri įrodė, kad net pačioje nepatogioje situacijoje galima rasti šviesos spindulį.
En: The three of them started laughing again, this time Gediminas laughed along with his friends. The day, which began with an unexpected incident, turned into a fun and warm moment, proving that even in the most uncomfortable situations, you can find a ray of light.

Lt: Valgydami šaltibarščius ir džiaugdamiesi vienas kitu, trio suprato, kad geriausi dalykai atsitinka, kai esate su draugais. Ir kad bet kokia gėda praeina, o tikri draugai visada išliks šalia.
En: Eating cold soup and enjoying each other's company, the trio realized that the best things happen when you are with friends. And that any embarrassment passes, but true friends will always be by your side.
