Hu: Gergő az öreg Margit híd alatt sétált, a budapesti reggel hullámos, csillogó fényében.
En: Gergő was walking under the old Margit Bridge, in the wavy, shimmering light of the Budapest morning.

Hu: Budapest szívében összecsapódó utcák kavargása, az ódon épületek között vegyülő idő lappangott a levegőben.
En: The hustle and bustle of the streets colliding in the heart of Budapest, the lingering of time mingling among the old buildings in the air.

Hu: A fiú Katona József szobrának irányában indult, hiszen ott kezdtem a sokak által emlegetett sziklai híres rombárt keresni.
En: The boy headed towards the statue of József Katona, as he began to search for the famous stone bard in Sziklai that many talk about.

Hu: Gondolatai kezdetben egyszerűek voltak, mint a cirkáló galambok az égen.
En: His thoughts were simple at first, like the cruising pigeons in the sky.

Hu: Tudták, hová mennek, mert ismerték az útjukat.
En: They knew where they were going because they knew their way.

Hu: Ugyanannak az épületnek a főhomlokzata többször megjelent előtte, mintha keringene körülötte.

Hu: Ahogy elsétált az ódon épületek mellett, először érezte: a város most már az övé, a változatosság és a felfedezés városa.
En: Walking past the old buildings, he felt for the first time: the city was now his, the city of diversity and discovery.
