By learning how to roll with the punches, you can move through the difficult challenges
in your life with confidence.

Our first caller, Pryce, is trying to decide between the college his friend is attending or
starting fresh at a different school. Nancy tells Pryce that the fears he’s facing aren’t
rooted in truth. She says that taking back his power to forge a new path will guide his
growth over the next four years. Tune in to here how starting a new chapter can actually
strengthen your relationships.

Our second caller, Drew, had an internship planned that was cancelled due to the
pandemic, and he isn’t sure how to spend his unexpected free time. Nancy advises him
to use this moment as an opportunity to reinvent himself and walk the road uncommonly
travelled. She encourages Drew to call up companies and inquire about remote
internship positions. Listen in to hear how taking a leap of faith can lead to new
opportunities.

Our inspirational guest, Andrew Skinner, was 24 when a snowboarding accident broke
his neck and paralyzed him from the neck down. His doctor said that it would take a few years to know the full scope of the injuries and how much he’d be able to heal. Andrew took this as an opportunity to work every day at his rehabilitation and gaining back his
independence. With his wife’s support and through years of therapy, was able to slowly regain feeling and mobility in his arms. Andrew went on to create the Triumph Foundation to assist newly injured people and guide them on their path to recovery. Tune in withNancy to hear all about how you can manage unexpected circumstances to take back your power in life.

Our final caller, Sean, wants to know how to find the motivation to tackle the day as a
recent graduate looking for a job. Nancy advises him to set a goal for something he'd like to achieve in the next 3 months. She encourages Sean to focus his attention on
short-term projects. Listen in to hear how finding what excites will invigorate you so that you can get your energy back.
