When a humor conference kicks off a world laugh champion contest in 2013, guest Julie Ostrow is the first to proclaim; "Yes, and" before even fully knowing what she signed up to do.

Ostrow is a sales consultant and full time corporate trainer. Her background includes stand up comedy, improv with the famous Second City Chicago troupe, humorous speaker and communication coach who teaches, trains and leads with laughter.

Discussing boundary setting and life shifts after the world-wide "pause", Ostrow and Olson dig into behind the scenes of performing, the importance of laughter, identifying grief in life's changes and humor as a coping mechanism.

This episode is as full of deep reflection as it is laughs and gags. Ostrow says; "Allowing myself a Yes means I get to have an adventure. Don't question yourself so much.... just try it."
