Story Transcript:

Ko: 서울의 경복궁은 항상 아름다웠습니다.
En: Gyeongbokgung Palace in Seoul was always beautiful.

Ko: 특히 문화 축제 때는 더욱 빛났습니다.
En: It shone even more brightly during the cultural festival.

Ko: 축제에서 진짜 모험이 시작됩니다.
En: The real adventure began at the festival.

Ko: 지현, 민재, 그리고 하나는 오랜 친구들입니다.
En: Jihyun, Minjae, and Hana were longtime friends.

Ko: 그들은 함께 축제에 갔습니다.
En: They went to the festival together.

Ko: 경복궁의 웅장한 모습을 보며 무척 행복했습니다.
En: They were very happy to see the majestic appearance of Gyeongbokgung Palace.

Ko: "저기 봐!
En: "Look over there!

Ko: 멋진 한복!
En: Gorgeous hanboks!"

Ko: " 하나가 소리쳤습니다.
En: Hana shouted.

Ko: 그녀는 마당에서 공연을 보고 있었습니다.
En: She was watching a performance in the courtyard.

Ko: 그러나 지현은 다른 곳을 보고 있었습니다.
En: However, Jihyun was looking elsewhere.

Ko: 그는 한쪽 구석에 오래된 벽을 발견했습니다.
En: He discovered an old wall at one corner.

Ko: 벽 틈 사이에 뭔가 있었습니다.
En: There was something in the gap of the wall.

Ko: "지현, 뭐 찾았어?
En: "Jihyun, what did you find?"

Ko: " 민재가 물었습니다.
En: Minjae asked.

Ko: "이거 봐!
En: "Look at this!

Ko: 고지도 같아," 지현은 신나게 대답했습니다.
En: It looks like an ancient map," Jihyun answered excitedly.

Ko: 그것은 오래된 지도로 보였습니다.
En: It seemed to be an old map.

Ko: "이건 경복궁의 지도야!
En: "It's a map of Gyeongbokgung Palace!"

Ko: "지현은 지도를 펼쳤습니다.
En: Jihyun unfolded the map.

Ko: 그 지도는 비밀 통로를 알려주었습니다.
En: The map revealed a secret passage.

Ko: "비밀 통로?
En: "A secret passage?"

Ko: " 하나가 놀란 눈으로 물었습니다.
En: Hana asked, her eyes wide with surprise.

Ko: "가보자," 지현이 말했습니다.
En: "Let's go," Jihyun said.

Ko: 친구들은 지현을 따라갔습니다.

En: "Yes, just a little further," Jihyun answered confidently.

Ko: "갑자기 축제의 불꽃놀이 소리가 들렸습니다.
En: Suddenly, they heard the sounds of the festival fireworks.

Ko: 친구들은 급히 경복궁 밖으로 나왔습니다.
En: The friends hurried out of Gyeongbokgung Palace.

Ko: "우리는 진짜 모험을 했어," 지현이 웃으며 말했습니다.
En: "We had a real adventure," Jihyun said, smiling.
