Three Georgia sex offenders in Butts County are suing their local sheriff over placing warning "no trick or treating here" signs in their front yards. They say they suffered the consequences already, and these signs violate their rights. The sheriff and deputies are standing by their decision to place the signs around town saying it's their duty to protect the children of the county and warn who the registered sex offenders are in their communities.
