We've got two outdoor NHL games this weekend, and everyone seems pretty stoked about them, except for Ken Campbell of The Hockey News who says he could not possibly care less about these two games. Has the whole NHL playing outdoors thing really become overdone? What other sporting events have run their course, and which past-their-rime events are you still excited about, even if no one else is? The Avalanche's Pierre Edouard Bellemare was thrilled that he'd be playing on Lake Tahoe, only to find out the game is actually being held on a golf course near the lake, on this dream-crushing edition of the Power Play. Things are tough again in Houston, but Mattress Mack has stepped up once again. Just as he did after Katrina, Harvey, and Imelda, he's opening his mattress stores to the public for a bit of warmth.
