- The dark side of web development and some of the unethical practices that take place.
- How to measure a website’s performance with tools such as Google Analytics or benchmarking.
- Why you should invite feedback from people who don’t know your business. Get them to have a look and ask them some key questions such as:
- What's the product that you're selling?
- What is it going to do for you?
- What's the end benefit that you're going to get from buying this product?
- The importance of making your website as obvious and as clear as possible, you can never over-explain on a website, you can never be too clear.
- The Curse of Knowledge and how we can make assumptions about what we think people know about our business.
