One of the most useful tools the authorities can use to help accomplish their mission is the police helicopter. Whether chasing a suspect or searching for a missing person, having a birds eye view of the area can be invaluable. The aircraft is normally used for the good of the people, keeping a watchful eye on the city below. Sometimes though, the guardian angel's wings get clipped.
