En: Riga's central market was always bustling.

Lv: Gaisa smaržoja no svaigām zivīm, dārzeņiem un ziediem.
En: The air was filled with the scents of fresh fish, vegetables, and flowers.

Lv: Pavasara dienā, kad saule spoži spīdēja, Ilze un Jānis devās ceļā.
En: On a spring day, when the sun was shining brightly, Ilze and Jānis set out on a mission.

Lv: Viņu uzdevums bija ļoti svarīgs.
En: Their task was very important.

Lv: „Mums jāpārjautā tirgotājus par tirgus vēsturi," teica Ilze.
