In this next episode of Season 2 of "Future Pathways: Superintendents Unplugged", you'll hear from Ron McCowan, the Superintendent of the Valley Center-Pauma Unified School District, during his conversation with guest Hosts, Charles Parisi, the CEO of Cloudcast Media, and Sai Huda, the CEO of Cyber Catch.

This father of three loves to be in the outdoors with his family, tend to his avocado tress, and work on his classic cars!

We also learn that Ron's journey took him from a two times kindergarten student and a struggling learner to a teacher, coach and Superintendent.  He also shares the fear and trepidation he experienced during his very first day as a Biology teacher at Orange Glen High School.  Also interesting to hear Ron say that perhaps his best coaching came from being a Vice Principal.
