Hu: Az őszi nap levélbeletakarózva búcsúzott Budapesttől, amikor Péter, Éva és Zsuzsa az idaelárválva bámészkodó külföldihoz léptek a Városligeti fának dőlve.
En: The autumn sun bid farewell to Budapest, tucked in by a layer of leaves, as Peter, Eva, and Zsuzsa approached the foreigner, George, leaning against a tree in City Park, looking lost.

Hu: Ő volt George, egy angliai vendég, aki már kinőtt a Buckingham Palota és a nagy köd közül, hogy Budapest utcáit és népének szokásait fedezze fel.
En: He was George, a guest from England, who had outgrown Buckingham Palace and the thick fog to discover the streets and customs of Budapest.

Hu: Na, de hogyan adják át George-nak a magyar kultúra mélységeit?
En: But how to convey the depths of Hungarian culture to George?

Hu: Ez a pálinka.
En: This is pálinka."

Hu: " George kérdőn nézte a kulacsból kiömlő folyadékot.
En: George skeptically eyed the liquid pouring out of the flask.

Hu: A három magyar nevetett.
En: The three Hungarians chuckled.

Hu: A lányok egy üvegpoharat adtak George-nak, benne az auráját kibocsátó, befogadó folyadékkal.
En: The girls handed George a glass, filled with a liquid that emitted their aura, welcoming and intoxicating.

Hu: A férfi megfontoltan szimatolt, majd nagyot kortyolt.
En: The man sniffed thoughtfully, then took a big sip.

Hu: Villódzó szemei tükrözték a pálinka erejét.
En: His flickering eyes reflected the strength of the pálinka.

Hu: Az arcán játszó grimasz jelentősebb volt, mint szavak hegye.
En: The grimace on his face was more significant than a thousand words.

Hu: "Na, ez a pálinka!
En: "Well, this is pálinka!"

Hu: " Zsuzsa kiáltott fel örömmel, ahogy George arcán látta a meglepetést és az elragadtatást.
En: Zsuzsa exclaimed with joy, seeing the surprise and delight on George's face.
