Cy: Pan oedd yr heulwen yn tywynnu ar gopaon Eryri, roedd Carys a Dafydd yn cerdded ar y llwybr serth.
En: When the sunshine was shining on the peaks of Snowdonia, Carys and Dafydd were walking on the steep path.

Cy: Roedd y ddiwrnod yn berffaith.
En: The day was perfect.

Cy: Roedd Carys yn edmygu golygfeydd hyfryd o amgylch y mynyddoedd.
En: Carys was admiring the beautiful views around the mountains.

Cy: Roedd Dafydd yn gwenud lluniau gyda'i gamera newydd.
En: Dafydd was taking pictures with his new camera.

Cy: "Edrych ar y wawr, Carys," meddai Dafydd.
En: "Look at the dawn, Carys," said Dafydd.

Cy: "Mae'n anhygoel!
En: "It's incredible!"

Cy: ""Ydy," meddai Carys gyda chwerthin, "dych chi erioed wedi gweld rhywbeth mor brydferth.
En: "Yes," said Carys with a laugh, "you've never seen anything so beautiful."

Cy: "Ond ar ganol y daith, dechreuodd Carys deimlo'n wael.
En: But in the middle of the journey, Carys began to feel unwell.

Cy: Dechreuodd hi beswch ac yn teimlo poen yn ei stumog.
En: She started coughing and feeling pain in her stomach.

Cy: "Dafydd, dw i'm teimlo'n iawn," meddai Carys yn wan.
En: "Dafydd, I don't feel well," said Carys weakly.

Cy: Daliodd Dafydd ei dwylo.
En: Dafydd held her hands.

Cy: "Beth sy'n bod?
En: "What's wrong?"

Cy: " gofynnodd e'n bryderus.
En: he asked worriedly.

Cy: "Rwy'n teimlo'n sâl," meddai Carys.
En: "I feel sick," said Carys.

Cy: "Dw i angen eistedd lawr.
En: "I need to sit down."

Cy: "Roedd Dafydd yn poeni.
En: Dafydd was worried.

Cy: Roeddynt yng nghanol dim lle gyda neb o gwmpas i helpu.
En: They were in the middle of nowhere with no one around to help.

Cy: "Eistedd yma," meddai, gan roi ei fwynol ar lawr.
En: "Sit here," he said, placing his jacket on the ground.

Cy: Eisteddodd Carys arno, yn anadlu'n drymach.
En: Carys sat on it, breathing heavily.

Cy: Gafaelodd Dafydd ei bag.
En: Dafydd grabbed his bag.

Cy: "Mae'r dŵr gyda fi," meddai, gan agor y botel a'i roi i Carys.
En: "I have the water," he said, opening the bottle and giving it to Carys.

Cy: Diolchodd hi iddo ac yfed y dŵr, ond ni theimlai'n well.
En: She thanked him and drank the water, but did not feel better.

Cy: Roedd ei gwyneb yn wyn fel y galchen.
En: Her face was white like chalk.

Cy: "Dafydd, mae'n rhaid i ni ddod o hyd i gymorth," cyfadde Dafydd yn faleisus.
En: "Dafydd, we need to find help," admitted Dafydd anxiously.

Cy: "Dw i ddim yn gwybod beth i'w wneud!
En: "I don't know what to do!"

Cy: "Am fewn eiliadau, clywodd Dafydd sŵn camau traed yn dod tuag atynt.
En: Within seconds, Dafydd heard the sound of footsteps approaching them.

Cy: Roedd yn deulu yn cerdded gyda'u ci.
En: It was a family walking with their dog.

Cy: "Help, help!
En: "Help, help!"

Cy: " gwaeddodd Dafydd.
En: shouted Dafydd.

Cy: Daeth y teulu atynt yn gyflym.
En: The family quickly came over.

Cy: "Beth sy'n digwydd?
En: "What's happening?"

Cy: " gofynnodd y dyn gyda dannedd seren.
En: asked the man with a bright smile.

Cy: "Mae hi'n sal iawn," eglurodd Dafydd, gan ddal Carys yn ofalus.
En: "She's very sick," explained Dafydd, holding Carys carefully.

Cy: "Rwyn paramedigion," meddai'r dyn.
En: "I'm a paramedic," said the man.

Cy: "Rhaid i ni galw am help brys.
En: "We need to call for emergency help."

Cy: " Gafaelodd ei ffôn symudol a chychwyn ffonio.
En: He grabbed his mobile phone and started dialing.

Cy: Cofrestrodd amser fel araf oen.
En: Time seemed to slow down painfully.

Cy: A fuan daeth hofrennydd achub ar y lle, hedfanodd yn brysur i Ynys Môn ag orbedig.
En: Soon, a rescue helicopter arrived at the scene and flew swiftly to Anglesey with the patient.

Cy: Yn Ysbyty Gwynedd, gwnaeth y meddygon i Carys deimlo'n well.
En: At Ysbyty Gwynedd, the doctors made Carys feel better.

En: "Always," he replied, with compassion in his eyes.

En: They had learned the importance of health and support on the most incredible journey of their lives.
