- 4 cups of mixed lettuce (bib lettuce, gourmet lettuce)
- 12 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup of slaw salad dressing
- Grated cheese (as desired)
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed lettuce.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the lettuce.
- Gently toss the salad with the slaw salad dressing. Adjust the dressing amount to your preference.
- Top the salad with the crumbled bacon and grated cheese.
- Serve the BLT salad immediately as a delicious and refreshing side dish.
- 8 cups of lettuce (a mixture of arugula, green wrap lettuce, and gourmet lettuce)
- 1 cup of peeled potatoes, cut into small pieces
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 small onion
- 1 teaspoon of salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper (adjust to taste)
- 3/4 teaspoon of coriander
- 3 cups of water
- 1 tablespoon of butter

- Pour in 3 cups of water and bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Allow the soup to simmer for about 10 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
- Once the potatoes are tender, transfer the mixture to a blender and puree until smooth.
- Taste the soup and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
- Serve the lettuce soup hot, garnished with some additional lettuce leaves or herbs if desired.
