Omar Qudrat is an attorney from Sothern California and was the Republican nominee for United States Congress in California’s 52nd district in 2018. Omar spent 18 months in Afghanistan during the surge as a civilian U.S. Department of Defense official. He was the coalition’s Deputy Chief of Rule of Law and Political Adviser to the NATO Ambassador.
