Story Transcript:

Cy: Yn nhref hynafol a hudolus Caernarfon, lle mae cestyll yn codi fel breuddwydion o'r tir a'r gorffennol yn cysgu yn y muriau mawrion, roedd tri ffrind: Rhys, Eleri a Gwyn yn cerdded ar hyd y strydoedd carregog.
En: In the ancient and magical town of Caernarfon, where castles rise like dreams of the land and the past sleeping within the grand walls, there were three friends: Rhys, Eleri, and Gwyn walking along the cobblestone streets.

Cy: Ar ddiwrnod cymylog, penderfynodd y tri mynd ar daith dywys o amgylch Castell Caernarfon, yr adeilad mawreddog o oes y Normaniaid. Roedd awyr y bore yn laslwyd, ac roedd pobl yn crwydro'r castell gyda llygaid yn llygadu'r hanes o'u cwmpas.
En: On a cloudy day, the three decided to take a guided tour around Caernarfon Castle, the magnificent building from the Norman era. The morning sky was cloudy, and people were wandering around the castle, with eyes glued to the history surrounding them.

Cy: Wrth gerdded trwy felinau'r castell a'i neuaddau moethus, roedd Rhys yn straffaglu i gadw at ei draed. Roedd yn gwrtais ym mhob man, ac roedd ei wyneb yn boch goch wrth iddo geisio chwerthin ar ei hun. Eleri a Gwyn oedd yn edrych ar ôl Rhys, yn cymryd pob cam gydag ofalus pellach na'r blaenorol.
En: As they walked through the castle's ramparts and luxurious halls, Rhys struggled to keep up with his steps. He was clumsy everywhere, and his face turned red as he tried to laugh at himself. Eleri and Gwyn were looking after Rhys, taking each step more carefully than the previous one.

Cy: Yn ystod un tro mewn cyntedd tawel, lle'r oedd arfwisgoedd yn sefyll yn uchel ac yn falch, digwyddodd rhywbeth annisgwyl. Sbardunwyd chwerthin rhwng y muriau carreg hen wrth i Rhys lithro ar garped drwg-lesiwyd, a'i draed wedi eu clymu mewn rhwystr dirgel. Brwydrwyd ei freichiau yn yr awyr wrth iddo ddawnsio gyda'r perygl o syrthio; a thonna'r haearn trwm a oedd ger ei ymyl yn edrych arno gyda llygaid di-glem.
En: During a quiet courtyard visit, where archways stood tall and proud, something unexpected happened. Laughter echoed between the ancient stone walls as Rhys slipped on a loose cobblestone, his feet tangled in a mysterious obstacle. His arms flailed in the air as he danced with the danger of falling, and the heavy iron nearby looked at him with unblinking eyes.

Cy: Roedd Eleri a Gwyn yn sefyll mewn syndod wyrthiol, ac yna, fel petai rhyw ddeffroad hud a lledrith, tawelodd y cyfan. Rhedodd Eleri a Gwyn tuag ato i sicrhau ei fod yn iawn. Gadawodd y ddamwain hon foment fach o chwerthin rhwng y tri ohonynt ac yn fuan iawn, roedd y castell unwaith eto wedi llenwi â sŵn eu chwerthin cyfoethog a cheinder.
En: Eleri and Gwyn stood in awe, and then, as if some magic awakening, everything quieted down. Eleri and Gwyn ran towards him to make sure he was okay. This mishap left a brief moment of laughter among the three of them, and soon the castle was filled again with the sound of their rich laughter and joy.

Cy: Y diwrnod hwnnw, nid yn unig y daeth Rhys yn agos i ddinistrio arfwisg go iawn, ond hefyd daeth yn destun jôc a chwerthin. Ac er gwaethaf ei gamgymeriad, roedd yn hapus i fod yn rhan o stori y byddai'r tri ohonyn nhw'n ei hadrodd am flynyddoedd.
En: That day, not only did Rhys come close to a real disaster, but he also became the subject of jokes and laughter. And despite his blunder, he was happy to be part of a story that the three of them would tell for years.

Cy: Casglwyd y tri ar ddiwedd y daith, yn edrych allan dros muriau'r castell tuag at y môr, a sylweddolodd Rhys fod y pethau bychain, hyd yn oed y slipiau a'r disgyniadau, yn gwneud atgofion mwyaf perarog eu hanturiaethau. Ac fel bod Rhys, Eleri a Gwyn wedi dysgu bod hyd yn oed y momentau mwyaf diarffordd yn gallu cael eu hatgoffa gan chwerthin a chariad tuag at ei gilydd.
En: The three gathered at the end of the tour, looking out over the castle walls towards the sea, and Rhys realized that the small things, even the slips and falls, made the most poignant memories of their adventure. And as Rhys, Eleri, and Gwyn had learned, even the most unexpected moments can be reminded by laughter and love for each other.
