Story Transcript:

Bg: В София веднъж падна гъста мъгла.
En: Once in Sofia, a thick fog fell.

Bg: Иван, голям градски момък, стискаше мап с адреси и поглеждаше напред в тъмнината.
En: Ivan, a big city boy, clutching a map with addresses, looked ahead into the darkness.

Bg: Трябваше да хване такси за важна среща, но улиците на София бяха като лабиринт.
En: He needed to catch a taxi for an important meeting, but the streets of Sofia were like a maze.

Bg: Иван се разхождаше, завива тук, завива там, но таксита никъде не бяха на видимо.
En: Ivan strolled, turning here and there, but the taxis were nowhere in sight.

Bg: Вместо жълти коли, той видя... кози.
En: Instead of yellow cars, he saw... goats.

Bg: Да, кози в центъра на София!
En: Yes, goats in the center of Sofia!

Bg: Оказа се, че без да иска, Иван бе допълзял до козя ферма, където веселима животни скакаха и блеяха.
En: It turned out that unintentionally, Ivan had stumbled upon a goat farm, where the cheerful animals were jumping and bleating.

Bg: "Това пък как стана?" объркано се питаше Иван.
En: "How did this happen?" Ivan asked himself, perplexed.

Bg: В този момент до него застана Елена, собственичката на фермата.
En: At that moment, Elena, the owner of the farm, approached him.

Bg: Тя беше млада и весела, облечена със синя предпазна престилка и със сено в косите.
En: She was young and cheerful, dressed in a blue apron and with hay in her hair.

Bg: "Загубил си се нали?" попита Елена с усмивка.
En: "Are you lost?" Elena asked with a smile.

Bg: "Това не е таксиметрова стоянка, а моята козя ферма."
En: "This isn't a taxi stand, it's my goat farm."

Bg: "Така е," съгласи се Иван, озадачен от невижданата подредба на улиците.
En: "Indeed," agreed Ivan, puzzled by the unexpected arrangement of the streets.

Bg: Елена не остана равнодушна.
En: Elena didn't remain indifferent.

Bg: Тя покани Иван да я последва и го изведе до големия път.
En: She invited Ivan to follow her and led him to the main road.

Bg: "Имам приятел таксиметров шофьор," каза тя.
En: "I have a friend who is a taxi driver," she said.

Bg: "Ще позвъня и ще ти уредя превоз."
En: "I'll give them a call and arrange a ride for you."

Bg: За секунди, да речем, един телефонен сигнал и вече се чуше дружелюбният глас на шофьора.
En: In seconds, let's say, one phone call and the friendly voice of the driver was already audible.

Bg: Иван благодари на Елена и си даде сметка, че понякога дори в големия и объркващ град могат да се намерят приятели на най-неочаквани места.
En: Ivan thanked Elena and realized that sometimes even in the big and confusing city, friends can be found in the most unexpected places.

Bg: С благодарност и леко учудване, той се качи в таксито и продължи към задачата си, с усещането, че денят му бе спасен от новоспечената приятелка от фермата с козите.
En: With gratitude and a hint of wonder, he got into the taxi and continued on his way, feeling that his day had been saved by his newly found friend from the goat farm.
