There are approximately 750,000 registered sex offenders in the United States. These predators are bound by law to check in when they move, so children in the community can be protected. Unfortunately, the registry and prison does not always work for some offenders. Such was the case on June 21st, 2013, in Jacksonville, Florida, when a repeat offender selected his next victim. ok, on to the show.
