I was able to sit with the Corporate Chef of Bravo! Johnny Imbriolo while he was visiting Columbus and what a treat it was! His Executive Chef of the Olentangy River Rd. locations Tammy Bellar also joined us to talk about the difference between Mediterranean Italian Cuisine versus the "Northern Italian Style." No wonder I love it so much! Plus, the stories he talks about from his father, to cooking in Italy and how he impersonated Emeril Lagasse!
