How do you handle it when your big event is cancelled last minute? In this episode, we chat with Kristine Cormier about the cancellation of the 2023 Mont-Tremblant Ironman Event. A true champion, Kristine speaks of the positives in this disappointing situation and is already looking forward to the next chapter. Kristine gives her time as a coach for junior and adult athletes. Many long nights of studying to receive all the qualifications needed to be a junior athlete coach. Kristine gives back constantly and tells some wonderful stories that you will not want to miss. For her next big event Kristine will be training for a marathon, she pushes the pace but I hope to run a few km with her when the time is right.
