Tonight we welcome Danny Jardine back to our podcast, and if you want to check out more about Danny go to our episode #45. Danny has been very active even with the Winter not being favourable to outdoor activities. He has been running, trail running, skating and much more just to keep it fresh and to keep up with many forms of exercise for both the mind and body. Danny talks about running one of the very few times marathons from 2021 and how it was different just being around many people. Danny is on the board for Legs For Literacy and we discuss how 2021 went and how 2022 is looking, a positive outlook. Danny is around 1000 days in a row of activity without a day off, amazing. With 9000 km of total activities this year and last plus a polar dip on New Year's day it's very easy to see Danny loves being on the move and he enjoys helping others be motivated.
