She’s a mum to three beautiful kids, a Level 2 CrossFit Coach at CrossFit Sisyphus and a Personal Trainer at Jetts Kawana.

Lanna was diagnosed with the rare form of cancer on her tongue at the age of 34. In this episode, we chat about her story including:

How she discovered the cancer
Her journey through surgery, losing a third of her tongue and chemotherapy
