COVID has forced new ways of life and new ways of doing business. Many organizations have had part or all of their workforce change from working at the office to working remotely. While initially, the biggest concern may have been figuring out how to connect the workforce in a way that would allow them to work from home, the next challenge pertained to structuring the workday and measuring productivity. As these challenges have been addressed, the next task calls for bringing focus to the workforce and prioritizing attention to the team.
