It seems to me to be not uncommon these days to think of your body as a vehicle for your brain. Use it to get around, give it fuel to get to your next destination, do the chores of routine maintenance. We tend to think of our body from the neck down as pretty separate from what’s inside our skull. Explore the body - mind connection. There is wisdom outside of your cranium. In fact, your body is often able to inform and instruct your mind. If our goal is to live into our full potential and close the gap from who we are now to who we want to be, why not learn how to tune in to that frequency and access some extra intelligence?
