Hello Starbeam,

So, I’m curious, what happens when your client has a mini transformative experience versus a vast, grandiose transformation in a coaching session?

I mean those moments when your client walks away with that mind-blowing, heart-opening, earth-shattering understanding are so incredible aren’t they?

You get to celebrate them and shower them in love as you gush over this massive shift.

But what happens when a session ends without the fireworks? What happens when it’s a small shift that occurs? How do you feel then?

Personally, these are the moments I live for as a coach. The small, in between moments. These are the honest to goddess truth, real life moments. This is where the magic happens — but how often do we miss them when we’re trying to get our clients to those big, out-of-this-world moments? Thinking that’s where our value lies.

What if you no longer judged your space holding abilities based on how many mind-blowing moments you help your clients achieve? Because what if your client isn’t truly ready to come to full completion? It really is the small shifts that create the foundation, the depth, the potency, the realness for those mind-blowing moments.

What if instead, each session is about you being there as a partner and guide, walking side by side with your client, on their own journey, as you are mind and heart blown as you witness them step into their own healing power?

What an incredible gift to give to your clients. This is your devotion Starbeam. To show up with deep reverence and respect for the small, minute shifts in each coaching session. Honoring the thing that is desiring to rise to the surface. That one thing they will walk with, chew on, open up to over the coming days and weeks after their time with you.
