Food tracking is a powerful tool that actually really EMPOWERS you:

1) Tracking does not equal restriction. Tracking = data.
2) Keeping a food diary helps weight loss & preventing binge eating.

8) Have FUN with tracking! Remember to play, learn and use it as a tool.
